SALE TERMS POLICY

The Sale Terms Policy forms a part of the Terms of Use of the Website. All capitalized terms usedherein below shall be ascribed the same meaning as set out herein, the Terms of Use or the PrivacyPolicy.
1) Delivery and Shipping Policy.
a) J. L. Morison (India) Limited (“Company”) uses the services of reputed courier companies forthe shipment of its Products.
b) Delivery will be made on all business days except Sunday and Public Holidays and shall bemade to the shipping address provided by a User at the time of placing the order. Orders willbe shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of billing.
c) Orders which are dispatched may be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on thecourier company’s website and a link for the same shall also available in “Track your order”tab on the www.jlmorison.com. A mail shall also be sent to the User (customer) after theorder is dispatched with the tracking number along with the courier company’s details.
d) Orders shall be delivered within 4-5 business days within Mumbai from the date of orderwhereas orders for outside Mumbai will be delivered as per the delivery date agreed at thetime of order confirmation and courier company shipment delivery norms.
e) Orders from certain specific cities/countries may require documents/declaration from a Useras it may be a mandatory requirement in accordance with the laws of the said cities/countries.Orders will be shipped as soon as the required documents are received by the Company forthe same. The customer care representatives of the Company shall get in touch with the Usersfor assistance, if any required with respect to the same.
f) The Company shall endeavour to ensure that the orders are delivered to a User within theprescribed time. However, under no circumstances shall the Company be held responsible forany delay in delivery of Product due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company.
g) Delivery charges of Rs. 50/- shall be included in all shipping and handling charges if the netorder value falls below of Rs. 500/- . However, the charges may vary based on product,volume, dimension of product, weight etc. which shall be specifically mentioned in theshopping cart to the User before he/she may make payments for the same.
h) A User is required to provide a proper and accurate billing address in order to facilitate thedelivery of an order at the earliest. At least two attempts shall be made to deliver an order to aUser. An email will be sent to a User in the event of an unsuccessful delivery in the firstattempt clearly specifying the date and time when the second attempt of delivering the ordershall be made. In case the second attempt at delivery of the order is also unsuccessful for anyreason whatsoever, the order shall stand cancelled and no refund shall be provided for thesame.
2) Payment Policy
a) The Company offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment,you can rest assured that the Company's trusted payment gateway partners use secureencryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.
b) The Company accepts all major debit & credit cards as well as provides net banking optionsacross major banks. CC Avenues is the third party payment gateway for the Company.
c) If you are not comfortable making an online payment, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery(C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actualdelivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance paymentonline.
d) The Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment facility is available for the net order value equal toRs. 500/- or more. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store creditcannot be used for C-o-D orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment.Only Indian Rupees accepted.
e) The order amount has to be paid in full before receiving the package and signing the deliverysheet. The package can be opened only after the payment is made.
3) Refund and Exchange Policy
a) The Company does not offer any kind of returns or exchange on products ordered which aredelivered in proper condition to the shipping address.
b) The Company shall have the exclusive discretion to cancel any order. However, it will ensurethat any communication of cancellation is intimated within appropriate time to the User andany applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.
c) A User shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose packagingis damaged or tampered in any manner.
d) In the event, a User on removing the packaging of the Product, finds the Product is damagedor defective or different from the Product that was ordered, the User shall intimate theCompany about such damage or defect by calling the Company (between10AM to 6PM IST)or email within 24 hours of the receipt of the Product at ecommerce@jlmorison.com with theorder details, coloured picture of wrongly delivered Product. The customer care team willlook into the issue and revert within 48 working hours of receiving any request from a User.The Company shall arrange for a replacement of the damaged and/or incorrect Product orrefund the price of the said product along with the initial shipping charges collected if any.
e) In order to avail the facility of return or exchange of any damaged Product, a User mustarrange to send the products to the following address: J. L. Morison (India) Limited, ShreeArihant Compound, Gala No. 4 to 8, Ground Floor, Building No. A-5, Village Kalher,Bhiwandi - 421 302 ensuring that the original tags, labels, product, barcodes, and brandpackaging should not be altered and/or damaged that are originally included with theproduct(s) delivered.
f) The User will be reimbursed with the actual shipping charges or Rs. 50/- whichever is less incase the User returning the products as per the 3.e) mentioned above.
g) No refund however shall be provided if the shipping address provided by a User is wrong orincomplete.
h) Each return or exchange request shall be handled independently and right to accept or rejectthe request is at the discretion of the Company.
i) Products purchased online shall not be permitted to be exchanged or returned in any of the offline retail shops of the Company.
j) A User hereby agrees and understands that a Product once purchased on the Website cannotbe returned or exchanged unless the same is damaged in transit or an incorrect Product hasbeen shipped to the User.
k) In the event, the transaction is processed of the product which is out of stock, the user will berefunded, with the price of the said product along with shipping charges collected if any,within 7 business days of receipt of payment.
4) Offers and Promotions Policy
a) Discounts shall be applied to the total merchandise value including VAT and applicable taxes.Issuance or redemption of a voucher or coupon will apply to the total value of the qualifyingorder once all promotional discounts have been applied.
b) Only one gift coupon can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
c) Discount coupons - Discount coupons which are offered to the registered Users from time totime will be applicable to purchases made through the said account only.
d) Promotional discount coupons –The Website/ Company may from time to time offerpromotional discount coupons which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified,purchases made though the Website.
e) The Company shall introduce various offers, schemes or contest at different times. The termsand conditions for such contests shall be separately available on the Website.
f) The Company reserves the right to change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditionsprevailing on the different promotional schemes it introduces from time to time. TheCompany may at its discretion withdraw a particular scheme if it deems it necessary to do so.
g) While participating in any contest organized by the Company, a User hereby agree to releaseand hold the Company(and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, jointventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including but not limited toreasonable attorneys' fees, or arising out of or related to a User’s participation in the saidcontest.
