Mrs. Shashi Mody  took Rasoi brand to greater heights with best manufacturing practices, focus on quality and branding- Rasoi was a name to reckon with. When the industry became increasingly commoditised we exited the business, and it was bought by the formidable FMCG conglomerate- Emami Agrotech in 2014.

Maintaining the factory land, she soon converted the erstwhile Rasoi edible oils plant into a baby product manufacturing facility with the best-in-class technology, machines, practices and quality supplying to JL Morison. Today Mrs. Mody looks after three of our group’s manufacturing facilities- Rasoi, LHL and JL Morison’s hair dye factory in Auranagabad. All three plants maintain best in class quality and manufacturing capabilities. She is the strategic head of the group, managing the Treasury operations of Rasoi and our plants with her capable teams.
